A simple and delicious recipe for cooking ground beef on a Blackstone griddle.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
- Add olive oil to the griddle.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Form beef mixture into patties.
- Place patties on the griddle and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- If using cheese, add a slice on top of each patty about 1 minute before they are done.
- Toast hamburger buns on the griddle.
- Assemble burgers and serve hot.

- Adjust seasonings to your taste.
- Cook patties longer for well-done burgers.
