- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper, oregano, and lemon juice.
- Toss shrimp and chicken in the garlic butter mixture until well coated.
- Thread shrimp and chicken onto skewers if desired.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes per side until shrimp turns pink and chicken is fully cooked.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
