A delicious and healthy grilled salmon recipe topped with a refreshing mango avocado salsa.
Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 ripe mango, diced
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Place the salmon fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- While the salmon is grilling, prepare the mango avocado salsa by combining diced mango, avocado, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl. Gently toss to combine.
- Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the grill and top each fillet with the mango avocado salsa.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
