Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  4. While the salmon is grilling, prepare the mango avocado salsa by combining diced mango, avocado, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl. Gently toss to combine.
