Description
A juicy grilled ribeye steak topped with garlic butter and served with roasted baby carrots.
Ingredients

- 1 ribeye steak (1.5 inches thick)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 lb baby carrots
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp thyme
Instructions
- Preheat grill to high heat.
- Rub steak with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Grill steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Let steak rest for 5 minutes.
- Melt butter in a pan, add garlic and parsley, cook for 1 minute.
- Toss baby carrots with honey and thyme, roast at 400°F for 20 minutes.
- Top steak with garlic butter and serve with roasted carrots.
Notes
- Use a meat thermometer for desired doneness.
- Let steak rest before slicing to retain juices.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
