- 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Vanilla ice cream or yogurt for serving
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, honey, and cinnamon.
- Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with the olive oil mixture.
- Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes, until grill marks appear.
- Flip the peaches and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until they are tender.
- Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or yogurt and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
- Choose peaches that are ripe but still firm for the best grilling results.
- You can also add a sprinkle of brown sugar for extra sweetness before grilling.
