  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Vanilla ice cream or yogurt for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, honey, and cinnamon.
  3. Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with the olive oil mixture.
  4. Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes, until grill marks appear.
  5. Flip the peaches and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until they are tender.
  6. Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly.
