Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and grill chicken until fully cooked (about 6-7 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside.
  5. Pour Alfredo sauce into the pan and heat gently for 2 minutes.
  6. Add pasta, chicken, and shrimp to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
  7. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.
