Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add onions, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  3. Mix in cooked rice and shredded cheese. Cook for 2 minutes until cheese melts.
  4. Divide the mixture evenly among tortillas and roll into burritos.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and grill burritos for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve hot with extra ketchup or mustard if desired.
