- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add onions, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Mix in cooked rice and shredded cheese. Cook for 2 minutes until cheese melts.
- Divide the mixture evenly among tortillas and roll into burritos.
- Heat oil in a pan and grill burritos for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with extra ketchup or mustard if desired.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Warm tortillas slightly before rolling for easier folding.
- Add pickles or lettuce for extra crunch if preferred.
