- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced bell peppers

- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 8 burger buns
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef with onions, bell peppers, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into 8 equal patties.
- Place the patties on the griddle and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Toast the burger buns on the griddle for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra flavor, add cheese on top of the patties during the last minute of cooking.
