Ingredients

- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 1/4 cup fresh dill
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and chop all greens and herbs.
- Blend avocado, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic until smooth.
- Toss greens and herbs with the dressing.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
