Ingredients

- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add shredded chicken, celery, red onion, and cucumber to the bowl.
- Stir until all ingredients are well coated with the yogurt mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve on bread, wraps, or lettuce leaves.
