- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 pita bread rounds
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a grill or pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Warm pita bread in a dry pan for 1 minute per side.
- Assemble wraps by spreading tzatziki on pita, then adding chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and red onion.
- Roll tightly and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Use whole wheat pita for a healthier option.
