  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 whole wheat pita breads
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onion
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or stovetop grill pan over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken breasts with the mixture.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  4. Warm the pita breads on the grill for about 1 minute on each side.
