Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Coat chicken breasts with the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Grill chicken over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  4. Slice chicken into thin strips.
  5. Warm pita bread on the grill for 1 minute per side.
