Ingredients

- 500g boneless chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, shredded
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Mix chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook chicken in a pan over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
- Warm pita breads slightly.
- Assemble gyros with chicken, yogurt, cucumber, tomato, and onion.
- Serve immediately.
