- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix crushed cookies and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into a pie pan to form a crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes and let it cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add milk, heavy cream, creme de menthe, creme de cacao, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
