- 1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or dried fruit
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips or dried fruit.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture into the dish evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.
- Once set, cut into bars or squares and enjoy!
