Soft, gooey cinnamon rolls with a sweet glaze.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Stir until dough forms.
- Knead dough for 5 minutes, then let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll dough into a rectangle. Spread softened butter on top.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into 12 slices.
- Place rolls in a greased pan and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk to make glaze. Drizzle over warm rolls.

- Let dough rise in a warm place.
- Use fresh yeast for best results.
- Adjust cinnamon to taste.
