Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Stir until dough forms.
  3. Knead dough for 5 minutes, then let rise for 1 hour.
  4. Roll dough into a rectangle. Spread softened butter on top.
  5. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly over the dough.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and cut into 12 slices.
  7. Place rolls in a greased pan and let rise for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
  9. Mix powdered sugar and milk to make glaze. Drizzle over warm rolls.
