Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Whisk eggs in a separate bowl.
- Coat each tender in flour, dip in egg, then roll in breadcrumb mix.
- Place on a baking sheet with olive oil.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil for 2 minutes at the end.
- Use panko breadcrumbs for a crunchier texture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
