- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the honey or maple syrup into the yogurt if using.
- In serving glasses or bowls, layer the ingredients starting with a layer of yogurt, followed by a layer of mixed berries, then a layer of granola.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
