Ingredients

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 cups frozen peas
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cups mashed potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  4. Stir in carrots, cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add ground meat, cook until browned.
  6. Mix in tomato paste, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, peas, salt, and pepper.
  7. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. Spread the meat mixture in a baking dish.
  9. Top with mashed potatoes.
  10. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
