A traditional Irish soda bread recipe that is gluten free.
Ingredients

- 2 cups gluten free all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix gluten free flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add buttermilk and honey. Stir until combined.
- Knead the dough lightly on a floured surface.
- Shape into a round loaf and place on a baking sheet.
- Cut a cross on top of the loaf.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Best served warm.
