Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced apples, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Toss to coat the apples evenly.
- Transfer the apple mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix together gluten-free oats, gluten-free flour blend, brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the apples.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
