A delicious and easy-to-make dish featuring garlic parmesan shrimp served over semolina.
Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup semolina
- 2 cups water or broth
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese. Stir well.
- Remove shrimp from pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and add semolina. Toast for 1 minute.
- Gradually add water or broth, stirring constantly until semolina thickens.
- Return shrimp to the pan and mix with semolina.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh shrimp for best flavor.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- For extra richness, add a splash of cream to the semolina.
