  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Toss until the cauliflower is well coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower mixture out in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the cauliflower.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
