- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Toss until the cauliflower is well coated.
- Spread the cauliflower mixture out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the cauliflower.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
