Ingredients

- 4 halibut fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Coat halibut fillets with melted butter.
- Press parmesan mixture onto fillets.
- Heat olive oil in oven-safe skillet.
- Sear fillets for 2 minutes per side.
- Transfer skillet to oven.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
- Serve immediately.
