- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, egg, milk, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Shape mixture into small loaf shapes and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
