- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken thighs, skin-side down, and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip chicken and add minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
- Drizzle honey over the chicken.
- Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can use boneless chicken thighs if preferred.
- Adjust honey to taste for more or less sweetness.
- For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
