  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Heat butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add chicken thighs, skin-side down, and cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Flip chicken and add minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute.
