- 2 boneless chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 tbsp garlic chili oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into twists
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat garlic chili oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken bites and cook until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, add heavy cream, Parmesan, and Cajun seasoning. Stir until thickened.
- Toss zucchini twists in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill until charred.
- Serve chicken with Alfredo sauce and zucchini twists.
