Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
- Add broccoli to the same pan and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender.
- Add spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes until wilted.
- Slice the chicken and serve with the broccoli and spinach.
Notes
- Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Cook chicken to an internal temperature of 165°F.
