Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  4. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
  5. Add broccoli to the same pan and cook for 4-5 minutes until tender.
  6. Add spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes until wilted.
  7. Slice the chicken and serve with the broccoli and spinach.
