Instructions

- Flatten chicken breasts to 1/4-inch thickness.
- Mix cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano in a bowl.
- Spread mixture evenly over chicken.
- Roll chicken tightly and secure with toothpicks.
- Brush with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
