Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 tbsp butter, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix butter, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
- Stuff each breast with the garlic butter mixture.
- Season the outside of the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken is fully cooked.
- You can sear the chicken in a pan before baking for extra flavor.
- Substitute dried herbs if fresh parsley is unavailable.
