- 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 zucchini, sliced into thick rounds
- 1 red onion, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Thread the steak cubes and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between steak and vegetables.
- Brush the skewers generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender.
- Remove from the grill and brush with any remaining garlic butter before serving. Enjoy!
