A rich and flavorful dish combining perfectly cooked steak with rigatoni pasta in a creamy four-cheese sauce.

- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1/4 cup grated gouda
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Cook rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season steak with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat and cook steak to desired doneness. Remove and let rest.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan, and gouda until melted and smooth.
- Toss cooked rigatoni in the cheese sauce until well coated.
- Slice steak and serve over the cheesy rigatoni.
Notes
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing for juicier results.
- Use freshly grated cheese for the best melting consistency.
