  • 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 4 tbsp butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
  3. Season steaks with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook steaks to desired doneness (3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare).
  4. In a small bowl, mix butter, minced garlic, and thyme. Spread over cooked steaks and let rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Steam or sauté green beans until tender, about 5 minutes.
  6. Serve steak with potato wedges and green beans.
