Scale
- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, add cubed potatoes and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain potatoes and return them to the pot. Add heavy cream, milk, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Mash until creamy and smooth. Set aside.

- Remove from heat and toss the steak bites in the garlic butter sauce.
- Serve steak bites over creamy mashed potatoes, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the steak bites in garlic, olive oil, and herbs for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Feel free to add your favorite herbs or spices to the mashed potatoes for added flavor.
