Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp sour cream
Instructions
- Boil potatoes until tender, then drain.
- Mash potatoes with milk and sour cream. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add butter and garlic. Cook for 2 more minutes.
- Serve steak bites over mashed potatoes.
