Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season steak cubes with salt and pepper.
- Sear steak for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet.
- Melt butter in the same skillet. Add garlic and thyme, cook for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and parmesan, stir until smooth.
- Return steak to the skillet, toss to coat. Simmer for 1–2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use high heat for a good sear on the steak.
- Substitute half-and-half if heavy cream is unavailable.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
