Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz pasta of your choice
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, minced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from pan.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Add minced chipotle pepper and heavy cream. Stir well.
  5. Return steak bites to the pan and toss to coat.
  6. Add cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese. Mix until pasta is evenly coated.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
