Garlic butter salmon foil packets are an easy and flavorful way to cook salmon with minimal cleanup.

- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut four large sheets of aluminum foil.
- Place each salmon fillet in the center of a foil sheet.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spoon the garlic butter mixture over each salmon fillet.
- Top with lemon slices.
- Fold the foil into sealed packets.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
