Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ribeye steak (12 oz)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the ribeye steak with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  3. Sear the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  4. Remove the steak and let it rest.
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic and rosemary.
  6. Pour the garlic butter over the steak.
  7. Cook diced potatoes in the skillet until golden and tender.
  8. Blanch green beans in boiling water for 2 minutes, then sauté briefly.
  9. Serve steak with potatoes and green beans.
