- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season steak bites with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
- Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
- Reduce heat, add butter and minced garlic, and stir until butter melts.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the steak and toss to coat.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
