Ingredients

- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise.
- Gently pull the lobster meat out of the shell and place it on top.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper to the melted butter. Stir well.
- Drizzle the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the lobster is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster for the best flavor.
- Do not overcook the lobster.
