Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise.
  3. Gently pull the lobster meat out of the shell and place it on top.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  5. Add garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper to the melted butter. Stir well.
  6. Drizzle the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.
  7. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the lobster is cooked through.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
