- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice and parsley, then remove from heat.
- Cut the lobster tails down the middle and gently pull the meat out.
- Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and brush with garlic butter.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the lobster is cooked through.
