Deliciously tender lobster tails brushed with a flavorful garlic butter mixture, baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise to expose the meat.
  4. Gently pull the lobster meat up and out of the shell, leaving it attached at the base.
  5. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and brush generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges and extra garlic butter for dipping.

Notes

  • For a grill option, preheat the grill and cook the lobster tails on medium heat for about 6-8 minutes, basting with garlic butter.
  • You can add additional spices or herbs to the garlic butter mixture for extra flavor.
  • Make sure not to overcook the lobster to avoid a rubbery texture.
