- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise to expose the meat.
- Gently pull the lobster meat up and out of the shell, leaving it attached at the base.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and brush generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Serve with lemon wedges and extra garlic butter for dipping.
Notes
- For a grill option, preheat the grill and cook the lobster tails on medium heat for about 6-8 minutes, basting with garlic butter.
- You can add additional spices or herbs to the garlic butter mixture for extra flavor.
- Make sure not to overcook the lobster to avoid a rubbery texture.
