Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Add yeast mixture and 2 tbsp melted butter. Knead until smooth.
- Cover dough and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Divide dough into 12 pieces, shape into rolls, and place in a greased baking dish.
- Let rolls rise again for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake rolls for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Mix remaining butter with garlic and parsley. Brush over warm rolls before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra flavor, add grated Parmesan to the garlic butter.
- Use fresh yeast for best results.
