Description

Soft and fluffy dinner rolls brushed with garlic butter for a flavorful twist.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Add yeast mixture and 2 tbsp melted butter. Knead until smooth.
  3. Cover dough and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  4. Divide dough into 12 pieces, shape into rolls, and place in a greased baking dish.
  5. Let rolls rise again for 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake rolls for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  7. Mix remaining butter with garlic and parsley. Brush over warm rolls before serving.

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • For extra flavor, add grated Parmesan to the garlic butter.
