Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken thighs and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coat with garlic butter, and sprinkle thyme.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until fully done.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Use boneless, skinless thighs for quicker cooking.
- Adjust garlic to taste for stronger flavor.
