Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken thighs and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet, coat with garlic butter, and sprinkle thyme.
  7. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until fully done.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
