Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add beef bites and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from pan.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Return beef bites to the pan and coat with the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley if desired.
- Serve hot.
