Description

A delicious pull-apart bread filled with melted cheese and garlic butter.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the bread in a crosshatch pattern without cutting through the bottom.
  3. Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture between the bread slices.
  5. Stuff shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese between the slices.
  6. Wrap the bread in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Unwrap and bake for another 5 minutes until cheese melts.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for spice.
  • Replace mozzarella with cheddar for a sharper taste.
