A delicious pull-apart bread filled with melted cheese and garlic butter.

- 1 loaf of French bread
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the bread in a crosshatch pattern without cutting through the bottom.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt in a bowl.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture between the bread slices.
- Stuff shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese between the slices.
- Wrap the bread in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Unwrap and bake for another 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for spice.
- Replace mozzarella with cheddar for a sharper taste.
