Ingredients

- 2 eggs

- 1 teaspoon of baking powder

- 1 cup of berries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
- Add milk and melted butter to the egg mixture.
- Combine both mixtures until smooth.
- Fold in the berries gently.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Can substitute berries with chocolate chips.
- Serve with whipped cream or yogurt.
- Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for two days.
