- 1 cup sour cream

- 1 cup crushed cornflakes

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and melted butter.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to the crockpot.
- Top with crushed cornflakes.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until heated through.
